• DO NOT BOOK!! THERE IS NO SEASON PARKING. MY CASHCARD WAS CHARGE $48!! Car was parked for 4 days!! Call customer service and was given the option of cancelling or just pay and claim later. Other reviews have already mentioned this issue since March 2024 but host cannot be bothered. Also, the previous driver left keys in ignition and let the battery die. Host failed their responsibility to give me a safe, maintained car as indicated in the maintaince guide. Car was returned by the previous driver 4 days beforehand and host did not once come to check on the car. Had to call customer service who, by the way, did not respond to any messages on app and whatsapp. The voicemail system also did not get any call back. I had to call the urgent line many2 times before getting through after 45 minutes. They then arrange for tow truck to jumpstart the car. Tow truck came after 1 and half hours. LOST OF 2 HOURS plus to resolve this issue. Host also did not even bother to reply any message for assistance. Even after 2 days of usage of car and returned. Zero messages. Can you just imagine if you have an emergency in Malaysia and the host cant be bothered to help you? Soo in summary. DO NOT BOOK THIS CAR!!!

After unlocking the car, you were surprised with a parking fee of $33.14, and when you reached out for help, customer service didn’t provide much support, giving you the option to pay or cancel the trip. Additionally, the cost of getting to the car via Grab added another $13
