it was a smooth and easy ride with Jack’s car. Jack was pro-active in being the first to reach out with advice and guidance on using the car. He was definitely helpful as he went out of his way to pick his boot box from my house that I had forgotten to return to him when I removed it to accommodate some of my bulky items.
