• Jasmine is an awesome host, very responsive in replies, and truly appreciate her kind understanding! The Bluetooth function makes picking up and returning the car convenient, as well as to lock and unlock the doors. So glad there is a charger in the car as well - a lifesaver!

• Car mats were full of dried grass. Car is jerky for acceleration from stop position. Air conditioning blows out cold and hot air intermittently. Easy keyless rental.

• Jasmine is very chill, friendly & patient. There was some issue about home delivery due to the platform which caused a misunderstanding but she checked with the CS team and explained to me. The best part was that I needed to extend the rental of the vehicle because of an unforeseen issue in my event preparation (which I booked the car for). She was so kind as to allow me to return it 2h later without any fuss. We agreed to an extension fee, with the help of the CS team again. 6* host.
