• The car was running great with no technical issues. The minor issues worth mentioning are, 1. I had to pay $48 to get out of MSCP Blk 644A. When returning the car I still saw the gate reader stated hourly parking instead of seasonal parking. 2. The engine light was on all the time during pick up but disappeared the next dayy

• Never had a chance to communicate with the host only with DriveLah agent. A very strong smell of cigarette when the car was picked up and the interior was not cleaned. There was white dried up cleaner stains everywhere in the interior. The scheduled maintenance was overdue and front tires were worn out. Had a problem to start the trip as the apps stated odometer mismatch reading. The systems could not lock the car after the trip has been ended. Other than that the car was running without any issues. The car was returned with 6/8 fuel level. It was 3/8 when picked up. Highly recommend for DriveLah to enforce full fuel tank before each rental. Easier for renter to return with full fuel.

• Car couldn't lock for the whole trip. We were in JB and someone have to be near the car since it couldn't be lock. Drive lah customer service is not trained for such situation, did not provide solutions and rendering nonsensical suggestions such as locksmith. Cleanliness of the car is poor, I have send the car to car wash to clean the exterior and interior. The good thing about the trip is the aircon is good during the hot weather.

• its a great car to drive and smooth ride , just that it doesnt come with a physical key to lock and unlock the car and the inapp locking and unlocking doesnt even work while ur in JB but works while ur in SG , i had to guard the car 24/7 while in JB it ruins all of my plans and hope that the host would be able to provide a physical key soon . until then i wont recommend this car to drive jn JB cause you will have to stay near the car to ensure its safety to not get stolen or broken into . would definitely rent again if they have a Key made . but until then its not for me for now .

• Worse car renting ..no remote key only via phone apps for lock and unlock and we has wasted our time thru our journeys by looking after the car as we travelled in johore for so much of safety reasons as we could not get network for the car. I think we deserve a refund for this. Please look into this matter. Very unpleasant experience. Even we called from Malaysia ask drivela to lock they couldn't do so. Never we rent like this issue before . please do sumtim. Thanks
