Car collection was a breeze and Kim explained how the car works (just in case you've never driven a hybrid before) and showed the ins and outs of his car. It was raining when I returned the car and Kim very generously offered to drive me home as I live nearby. Thanks Kim!! Will definitely book again if I need to use a car.

• Kim's Shuttle was a very nice car to drive, and Kim was upfront with all the prior damages and current condition of the car. His car is very fuel efficient too. The only thing I had to watch out for is turning tight corners and parking as this car is longer than the cars I'm used to driving. Overall had a really pleasant experience renting his car to run some errands :)
