I have rented the car from drive.lah four times and faced the trouble two times with the application at the end of the trip. I followed the drive.lah instruction when I was using the application. I am very sure that I didn't make mistakes. But the system asked me to submit the end trip again and again after my submission. Even though I reached home 16km away from the car, the system asked me to resubmit the end trip. It is not possible that I informed drive.lah. Drive.lah replied to me to follow the instructions from application. I suggest to improve the application (or) the system. In case of an issue with the application at the end of the trip, drive lah should be taken the action immediately. Drive lah should coordinate with the host (or) take responsibility on behalf of the host. Customers need to take responsibility to return the car in order / park at the designated car park in time / lock properly the car & do the end trip submission. That's it. Why the system asked again and again even though we filled the required documents and submitted the end trip. Pls improve your system (or) application that I suggest. Pls don't waste our time / your time. The host is very helpful & easier to communicate. The car is very clean and good. I recommended to rent this car.
