• Car was ok (clean and smelt fine), but not in the top condition as reviewed. One headlamp wasn’t working and the key that came with the car had a semi-broken casing that I had to repair with tape to ensure that it did not fall apart while I used it. When I returned the car today at 5.30pm as per the host’s instructions, till now (11pm), there has been no response to acknowledge my texts. Disappointing.

• Booking process was smooth. However on the day of collection, previous renter returned the car late which affected my booking collecting timing. I did not receive any compensation on the time lost. Even when the previous renter returned the car, owner provided me with the wrong lot number which wasted further of my time to find the right lot. Overall, the car was clean and smooth, just that there was no appropriate recovery procedures in time of unforeseen circumstances.
