Car is overdue for servicing. Noisy engine. Seems like will breakdown any moment. Season parking not active. You’ll be stuck in the carpark unless u pay exit parking amount. Mine was $41.- owner not contactable at all. Wouldn’t recommend. Tyres were all below 100psi. I had to pump all the tyres.

The only inconvenience is having to pay for parking upon exiting the car park, but claims can be processed through the app. Remember to collect the receipt from the gantry. Otherwise, driving is straightforward, and fuel consumption is quite economical. 👍🏽

I've had Kenneth as a host for a couple of times. Unfortunately, this time round its unpleasant. Car's interior was dirty to begin with. Fine enough, I cleared it myself. The one that struck me was the overnight parking charges. I had to pay the costs that incurred BEFORE i took the car. Does that make sense? It doesnt to me. What's worse, Kenneth seems to be uncontactable. Even drivelah's admin can't seem to be bothered to help with any situation :)

Car was good for a drive out of town. Comes with valid season parking. However, the pick up request will be pending throughout. Which means car is unable to lock when dropped off and the usual drop off photos have to be sent through the DM of the app.

Nothing wrong with the car but the cleanliness is really poor. Food and paper left from previous people, found stuff from may 2024 in the compartment and broken phone holder, dashboard is dirty and seem some sticker were removed making it look really bad. Seem to be a recurring issue in the comment. Probably clean up not made regularly so may be lucky or not

There is no reply from host of my messages. When I reached to pickup, the app was not working. I struggled for some time and then I found keys are in the car. I sent WhatsApp message to Drivelah about the situation and they helped me to start my trip manually. It lost about 1 hr but drivelah executive compensated me with extra 1 hr during return. Car is ok in terms of basic needs. There is engine sound but I think this is for all Mitsubishi cars. Overall my trip was great and we enjoyed a lot. Thanks

I have 2 issues with my experience though the car was great, no issues during my trip though it wasn't the cleanest. Firstly, the car wasn't even locked upon pickup and when I wanted to drop off, I can't lock it either. Furthermore the host is super non-responsive. I asked some questions prior to the trip which was unanswered and he didn't even approve my pick up request even till drop off and I had to spend alot of time trying to call Drivelah to reach him (which he was again unresponsive) and ended up have to close the trip by sending drop off photos to Drivelah. So, time was wasted. Anyhow, more importantly please find a solution to lock the car after drop off. It's very dangerous and the car could be stolen.

It’s unable to lock and unlock the car. For 2 days in Malaysia, I always felt not unsafe due to this faulty. If this is not fixed, someone will encounter a big problem.

Simple car, easy to drive around. Easy communication with the owner and also the drive lah assistant too. Just one thing to note, the car park address shared in the confirmation and app is at the wrong block. There is actually a designated carpark near blk 126 instead of 124. I have shared this with the drive lah assistant and hope they could make the necessary changes so that we could pick up the car at the right location instead of treasure hunt for the car. Thank you very much.

car is ok but 1. fuel add on is a rip off ..i took full tank and returned full tank but drive lah still took more than 300 sgd! 2. car cant be locked and unlocked through the app, reported but offered no solution. i took for 2 days and had to guard almost every moment and entire night ..very badexperience

Great car n smooth drive. Wasted time looking for car in which lot as collection instructions not explicit n delayed collection by 15mins Returning car took another long time to figure out as instruction was confusing. There was lock door option as well as end trip which is required to bring to next screen to upload odometer pic. Hence end trip so can upload pic but final checklist ask if doors were locked which i cant do as i need to take odometer pic from inside car therefore i cant lock the doors at that point to choose between lock door or end trip. And doing while pressed for time is nerve wrecking

A great host to liase with, fast replies, but car has to really go for a major service and cleaning, engine due soon for service and driving was less smooth, i took the car for a great day to enjoy but I ended up cleaning and sweating most of the time bec of roaches babies everywhere, dash board, passenger seat, driver seat and under carpet tons of dirts, aint sure if the previous user slot all dirts under the carpet or not aint sure, i had to buy baygon and spray to feel ease but yet roaches moving around, i will surely take the car again bec the car fuel is great, but before that the car has to go for fumigation seriously. Rating host 4/5 , car 2.5/5

Mr Ahmed N was responsive to answer my doubts on the car. Overall car is gd to rent out. However I faced lock/unlock issue while I'm driving the car to JB. Basically all due to network issue. So guys better take note on this and to bring along wheel lock device for alternative solution. 🫰😎
