• Everything was good except the car was parked in the mscp(hourly parking). Need to pay first then claim later. It’s really ridiculous.

• Carpark fees WAS NOT PAID so at the exit gantry the screen showed $88 accumulated fees. Stuck there for almost an hour!! How can there not be a season parking?? Drivelah team WAS NOT at all helpful. Never got back to me. Customer service CHEEN was rude, unhelpful, uninterested and yawning whilst talking. Very disappointing and i feel cheated as time & money was wasted! The anxiety caused by all these is unimaginable!! ZERO EMPATHY!!!

• Booking was a breeze but car is not season parking at the MSCP. Costs me $66 to exit! Also, boot unable to open. Only accessible by bringing the rear seats down. Other than those, car was smooth.

• Car not so clean. Interior and exterior are already wear and tears condition. Car trunk hydraulic is loosen and could hit anyone when open and left it dropping down. Tire treads are almost worn off. Risk for road users

• Easy rental, car is in good condition for driving, but there are many nymphs found during the rental. Host's cars are always well maintained, so maybe this is due to old age.

• Exterior and interior of car was dirty. Car was way overdue for a service. Take note that you might feel a bit of clutch slip between 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear. I think these issues need to be sorted out ASAP. Other than that, drive was great. Aircon is really cold.

• First time using Drive Lah. Operator review: + Responsive, replies within minutes on WhatsApp + Refunds made within 3 days + Quick response to paid auto assistance in Singapore but you'd need to pay first in Malaysia. + Gives additional hours for car down-time - App doesn't work well, unable to upload photos. - Need to pay upfront for auto assist in Malaysia - Additional hours cannot compensate for inconvenience of a broken down car. It cannot extend a store's opening hours. Car Review: + Responsive, comfortable drive - Poorly maintained. Battery died thrice before owner agreed to change. Car interior is dirty, floor sandy. There are cockroaches crawling in the car. Managed to kill 3 but i saw more. - Air-conditioning only works on maximum, any adjustment will get you hot air.
