• Sephrenia is a great host. Her warm, friendly demeanor and attentiveness to queries made for an excellent experience. Her Nissan Note handles well and was extremely fuel efficient. While it looks small and compact from the outside, it seats a family of 5 comfortably. Would definitely rent this car from her again.

• Sephrenia is a great host! Really helpful in ensuring pick up and drop off is smooth. She was really accommodating to my delayed return. I am really appreciative of that as I was running a little late but didnt want to risk rushing especially when I am driving. She highlighted the aircon issue for the car which is really the downside. Was really quite warm in the afternoon which made us a quite uncomfortable but couldn't do much about it. Other than that, it was an overall pleasant experience. Thank you!
