• Having issues to unlock the car to start trip. Issue also at returning.

• 1. Booked trip for 8am. Drove off only at 10am. Drivelah app unable to open the door. Need to have drivelah team down to open for me. 2. Owner does not have season parking. Please note that you will have to pay his parking fees when exiting. Sucks when you are already delayed by 2 hrs and still need to pay >$30 in parking fees 3. Car is dirty and not well maintained. Face mask was left lying on the car seat and rubbish were found on the carpet at back seat. Car was however good to drive and no issue with that. 4. Owner super not responsive and leave everything to drivelah team. Rent at your own risk. I shouldn't have ignored the first bad review.

• Great host. Prompt reply even it's already at 230am!!! At first Drive lah gave me an expired insurance but then they quickly changed it to the updated insurance. Good job drive lah customer care👍👍. Luckily we check if not will b illegal driving w/o updated insurance!!! Good car to drive to jb no issues. The only trouble was tat we cannot end trip with the system. Still shows ongoing trip after many times tried to end trip. Informed host n Drive lah and they advise to send photos via WhatsApp. System cockup. Overall very satisfied with the car n very happy with our trip to jb.. Have to extend timing as the jam was very terrible at Johor side.. Thks..
