The car was fine. Relatively clean, but had a slightly funky smell. There were things left behind by the previous user, including a disposable mask on the floor of the back seat. Had problems unlocking halfway through the trip and the car generally seemed badly maintained. Brakes were squeaking, and several other things were squeaking when the car moved as well. I’m no mechanic but it definitely needs some work.

Ahmed's car was a fun to drive with. I enjoyed the trip with my family to Malaysia. His car aircon is very cold, smooth steering, fuel saving and easy to drive.

Terrible experience - definitely avoid. I confirmed with the owner two hours before the reservation and even spelled out the pickup location - he confirmed that it was correct. When I got there, the car was nowhere in sight and the lot number didn’t even exist. Owner was then unresponsive and finally told me to contact Drivelah instead of him. I ended up having to take a cab to another pickup location and was over an hour late when I finally found the vehicle. Owner did not seem even a tiny bit regretful. Awful experience

Car is noisy but works. The interface to end trip is confusing as they want us to take picture of odometer and fuel gauge but the option to upload only comes AFTER we lock the car?? Also we cannot upload photos from gallery too? So how??

Five days driving around .. enjoy the usage in Malaysia with no problem on the car condition at all. Except using App for lock & unlock in Malaysia facing problem most of the time, it will be more satisfying if there is a physical key for the car.
