Car was new and in very good condition. Had safety features such as collision warning. Unexpected feature was the seat warmers which my son likes. Had a fuss free trip to JB and back. Will definitely rent again. Thank you Edward! 👍

It was a very bad experience host didn't mentioned in bio whether i can pick up the car myself almost waited 30 mins and got to know from him.. then when i went to the parked lot the car was not there and he told me to call the customer care so i called and checked with them.. they told me to go to the parked lot and there was a different car parked and i have to find myself the car walked almost all level in the carpark and found the car while the customer care didn't call me.. then when i tried to unlock the keyless car from app couldn't i called the customer care they said battery low and they will send a tow car to check the car. Waited for him and he jump started the car got so angry wasted almost wasted 2 hours of my time as my family was waiting for me.. such a disappointment...

There was no instructions given on pick up and drop off. And host was not responsive at first. Took me 30mins to contact the host and find the car. Aside from this hipcup, the car and host was pleasant.

Edward has a great car to offer. It's a brand new car with only 13k on the ODO, lots of smart features such as lane assist, cruise control and blindspot detection etc. Overall, I am happy with the experience and would definitely rent it again in the future.
