This is my second book of the day. During my collection of the car, I Can't unlocked the car. A bad experience on it. It hapoened the same for my first booking. In the end, drivelah call technical to unlock the car... My suggestion is to have 24 hours technician so that the technician can attend the issue. For my first bookinhg, I have to cancel my booking and rebook. Refund and compensation have requested but still pending

car key wasn’t given, caused a lot of problems when we were travelling in JB. car’s wifi signal is very bad, on and off cannot lock / unlock the car. first time experience with drive lah and disappointed with the service. interior of car is dirty, saw cockroach wouldn’t recommend to friends who want to travel to Malaysia

As a first time user of this platform, the experience was well below expectations. I Noticed 2 fault indicators in the dashboard when engine was started. Messaged host but was referred to DriveLah support team without offering any help to resolve or assistance. Support team asked me to go to a workshop to have the faults fixed. What?? Since when is maintenance of the car the responsibility of the hirer and to be undertaken during a hire? Besides, this is a one day hire and obviously for hirer to run his own errands and his own matters. But now hirer has to go to workshop to have the car fixed up? Shouldn’t the car be checked for hire-ready status before it is put up as available for hire?! I was not ready to continue to drive around with the faults for any extended time, especially in JB. The car was returned early after my errands were completed. Incidentally, the cleanliness of the car is to be desired. Seats were dusty, dirty floor mats. Dirty Exterior with scratches at many spots. Glove box full of hosts personal effects. Trunk has boxes of used car spare parts. Given the above it would be most appropriate for a partial refund of the rental fee.

The car is good but for Singapore driving only. Had requested for physical keys prior to my booking and was told there will be a physical keys. Unfortunately none provided. The car cannot be connected via the app, Bluetooth nor Drivelah assistance, while in Malaysia. Felt totally unsafe to leave the car unlocked.

Car rental experience was subpar due to the vehicle being dirty upon pickup. Despite expecting a clean car, I found it in a state of disarray with visible dirt and debris. This oversight negatively impacted my impression of the rental service, and the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. I can’t lock & unlock when in Malaysia, please leave a car key inside, as online lock & unlock with internet/bluetooth is useless when in Malaysia. Try contact help centre but was suggest to just leave the car unlock and park nearby security or cctv area.

This is the 3rd time renting this car and also the 3rd going overseas with this car. I've requested the platform to kindly provide a spare key, but that request was ignored. I wasted so much time to get the doors locked and unlocked. 20 mins here 20 mins there, around several different locations. There was 1 time I got to a location where the GPS was so bad that I had to take a risk leaving the door unlock. The condition and the performance of the car is fine, but anyone who uses those cars that's allowed to travel overseas without a spare physical key will do so at your own risk. You will be at the mercy, either the Internet or the GPS

Easy to pick up and car condition very good. But very headache that unable to find the key in the car, use apps to lock and unlock that not work well, call customer service few times and try to lock the car during parking via apps or Bluetooth, waste few hours also not successful to lock the car, end up need to leave 1 person to take care the car at car park lot and have a dinner with the unlocked car next to us to avoid the car out of our sight.🥲

Car was smooth throughout the journey to genting highland and back to Singapore.The only problem was the car unable to lock during my stop over in malacca and Johor bahru using mobile data network but manage to lock the car in genting highland using hotel WiFi network.Drive lah please look into this matter cause anyone can just button start and drive off the car.Thank you host for renting me your car.👍

Please guys take good car of this car, give it a simple car wash, go easy on the gas (as it can be quite fuel hungry), drive gently… Will come back again for this Avante, my family absolutely love the trip and I love driving this nimble car.
