• Adrian was very detailed in the collection instructions even though he couldn’t be present for the handovers. Car is newer than the other rentals I had before so the drive was smooth. Usually I give 5 stars but the car was dusty outside and in, there were a few trash in the car, the fuel wasn’t full tank so it was harder to gauge how much to top back up. Also the boot door’s spring mechanism kind of doesn’t spring up and it came back on my head when I first lift open it to put things. Subsequently my helper had to hold the boot door while I take things out.
