Key Location Not Provided: The car listing did not mention the key location. Upon arrival, the key was missing. After a long and frustrating search, I eventually found it tucked under the windscreen inside the remote interior space — a detail that was never communicated in advance. 2. Unresponsive Host: After the booking was confirmed, the host did not answer any of my calls, leaving me without guidance. 3. No Refund Policy Misused: Despite the host’s negligence, I was informed that cancellations and refunds are not allowed, which left me stranded with no support. 4. Impact on My Family: I was traveling with my toddler, who had to suffer in the heat at the car park during this entire ordeal. This was not only stressful but also unsafe for a child. Drive lah promotes “instant booking” as a convenience, but without clear instructions, accurate details, or responsive hosts, the service becomes unreliable and unsafe. Customers are renting vehicles for family travel also — proper communication and accountability are essential. This experience reflects a serious failure in Drive lah’s quality control and customer support. I request an immediate review of this incident, a full refund, and assurance that stronger safeguards will be implemented so that no other customer, especially one traveling with children, faces such an ordeal.
