THE WORST CAR EVER ! I WAS IN JB AND THE CAR ENGINE CANNOT TURN ON. I NEED TO USE JUMPER EVERYTIME TO TURN ON THE ENGINE . U CANT EXPECT ME TO DO THAT ! I CANT TURN ON THE ENGINE 24HRS. THIS IS REALLY TROUBLESOME. I DEMAND U TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS ISSUE ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DAMN SLOW !

This is having problem with the battery or starter. Always difficult to start the engine everytime after switch off. hopefully this issue could be solved to avoid people wasting time for technician cone to jump start it.

Decent rent. Does the job of point to point drive. Upholstery cleanliness can be improved. Glitch when try to unlock to drive to return but leading to end trip nearer to return trip. Resolved by backend team. Overall okay.

Car nice to drive and clean. Trip to JB was comfortable but keyless entry via apps was letdown. Bluetooth option as backup didn't work. Helpdesk was called but they discovered that car gps wasn't responsive and affected the keyless entry. Ended had to leave car unlocked with all our shopping items and had to double cross our fingers. Numerous times trying to lock and unlock at our different stop points caused our schedule and mood to be slammed. Task and chores not completed. I appeal for key to be available if car is to be allowed to go to Malaysia.
