As this was my first time renting from Drivelah, it was a new experience for me. During collection i was unable to locate the car at the provided location. Tried to contact via txt n call but owner did not pick up. Spent some time to search the other levels of the car park and finally found the car. Had feedback to owner on this matter. The interior of the car was slightly dirty with leaves all over the floor mat. Other than this its ok. The drive was smooth and did its job.

communication = 5 star, car condition. 5 star, comfort = 5 star. All internal function such as aircon, car music system etc = 5 star. The car is new and in the best of its condition.. everything about car is very good. The pick up process was uncomfortable due to the car brine parked 1.5kms away from the supposed to be place and owner was not aware about it. Being him overseas, had to liaise with drivelah support to pickup the car who themselves were not very sure. everything else was appt about the process.

This is the first time for both of us in renting out and renting the car on this Drivelah platform. There was a little hiccup when I took the car. The Lock/Unlock button on my app wasn't working and the Drivelah staff had to open the door for me remotely. Other than that the car is in good condition and the drive was smooth.
