• The overall experience was good, pleasant ride and smooth collection and handing over of the car. Rooms for improvement - car exterior was dusty upon collection, would be nice if the car can be washed first. Minor faults are to be shared with renters for awareness such as windshield wiper fluid piping issues. Have addressed this with Reno for a better ride for subsequent renters.
