Host is nice and willing to reply all the questions that I have prior to the rental. Collection and drop off of the car is hassle free. Usage of apps to lock & unlock the car is relatively convenient. The car is smooth to drive. I like the whole rental experience, and definitely will rent again in future. Thanks.

Host was flexible and great to deal with. Though the car was keyless and it had a bit of a hiccup, just needed to get used to the lag when operating the key. All in all, no issues with the rental at all. Will rent again for hassle free arrangements

The vehicle's performance was good, it provided a comfortable ride. However, the downside was the vehicle's exterior and interior were dirty upon collection. Furthermore, the headlight was not functioning, and there was no dashcam on board.
