• Razan is a very accomodating and understanding host. She's very prompt in her replies and gives clear instructions. I received a parking advisory notice during the rental period as I didnt complete the parking process in the app but she was totally cool about it and understood my situation. She accomodated to my timing when I returned late at night instead of morning due to my personal commitments. Car is very neat and clean inside out. Very fuel efficient too. She's always the first one I would look for when I need to rent a car. An excellent and accomodating host.
