• It’s was my first trip with DriveLah… there was some hiccups with Drive Lah App as the customer service team couldn’t unlock the car… but the host Kenny responded fast and resolved all my issues. Kenny was friendly and accommodative too. Car is in good condition and “smells good” Unlimited mileage was a great deal. Thumbs up to Kenny for making my first trip with DriveLah a good experience!

• Great host, gives a very detailed briefing on car conditions before pick-up. Informed the host I would be delayed due to heavy jam at custom, the host is very kind to let me extend the rent without additional charge. Definitely will rent again.

• Great host, promptly responded and resolved my issue with drive lah go by offering backup on the spot. Side note, not on host but ride was slightly bumpy throughout and right rear tyre was deflated, visit to air pump and resolved. Prior hirer went across the border and returned right before me, learnt from host that could be contributing factor.

• Great and a friendly host. Although the car is 1.2L engine, overtaking is quite a breeze and the turbo engine is definitely punchy with no lag. No issue driving at the speed of 110km/h at expressway, stable and quiet. You want to “chiong” also no problem.

• Owner - Super accommodating & responsive to your questions and needs. Very approachable & friendly too. Drivelah App = Very disappointing, super laggy even using it in Singapore. Always ask for the physical car key from any owner if you don't want to stand & wait for 20-30mins in front of your car in any part of Malaysia because you cannot unlock the car - very disruptive if you have plans for the day. Car - Very smooth to handle & drive. Quite stable & user-friendly. Great for short trips.
