Just car itself was okay. But facing so many problem with getting and return of the vehicle, unable to unlock while retrieving and unable to lock while returning the vehicle. Furthermore host is not responding plus even DRIVELAH service team is slow. Waited 20 mins no reply and most funny thing is that in page saying road side assistance supposed to be 24/7 ready yet when I call over, it told it was closed atm. Next thing about the vehicle is that the aircon is having issue. Need to on and off a few times to get it work. Car wasn't that bad tbh. Is just the react time and other stuff was pretty bad.

The car cant lock! When im in jb homestay. Have to bring everything up. Scared the car will disappear. Customer service cant even help. I try many times using bluetooth still fail. Aircon need to turn off/on the car to get cold air. Like what everyone been saying. The car did not service. A smooth car with a bad brake. Not nsfw ready. Dont go long journey in this car. A ticking time bomb waiting for the car to breakdown

car wasn't sent for servicing since 20k km ago, aircon wasn't working normally. Host always direct issues to customer service since this isnt the first time issues arise with my renting of her vehicle.

Bad experience. Car is very dirty. Took the effort to send it for washing and vacuum interiors. Aircon is faulty hot air through out the whole journey. Adjust the temperature to the lowest and fan speed to the highest. Still hot air. Need compensation for this trip.

There were lock/unlock problems at start and end of trip. Not sure whether its Drivelah issue or car lock mechanism issue so do take this into account. However, car was great and new. Everything was great and drive was excellent. Would recommend the car!

Thanks for letting me extend me rental, but, there's issues picking up and ending trip on the Drive Lah app. Rented twice and both times I needed to call CS to unlock the car even though I've submitted the photos religiously. Ending a trip keeps bouncing me back to the end trip submission page even though the CS told me the trip is completed. Nonetheless the car is in good driving condition, cleanliness is quite reasonable as well.

Very responsive host. Help answer queries fast. But the previous car rental, very irresponsible driver that they dirty the owner car, leaving food behind the back seat and also the floor is with bit and pieces of stuff. Hope they got penalty for it

Notice I have trouble locking/unlocking the car using the DriveLah app. Lots of time when I lock the car, it locks and unlocks the car. I was very concern of the security. Hope the DriveLah fixes this issue. Unlocking the car from initial booking was an hassle as well. Had to contact the DriveLah support to unlock the car after providing All the verification. Overall the car was okay for a 2021 model. Weird for a 2021 year car to have needle Speed odometer instead of digital. Plus point is the car consumes less fuel then others.

Easy going Host. Upon collection of car, it wasn't its cleanest interior and exterior, but nonetheless, a super awesome drive up to Melaka. At drop off, ran into some problem with locking the car, but that's probably the Drivelah app side bug. Owner was very nice, allowed me to leave the car while she settled the locking issue. Would definitely rent again this Opel Crossland.

Had issues with the unlocking of the car at the start of rental. Few hours after trip started, had problems with the aircon. The aircon wasnt cold even though it was put to low. Had to cancel the rental early the next morning.

Car was great, but there are lock and unlock issue onyl during start and end trips will happen and need to go thru host or deivelah cs then able to resolve it. the fuel tank might be small have pump full tank but drove for few km it drop the fuel.indicator drop obviously.

Great and sturdy car to drive. Only issue I had is with the browser that does not allow to lock and unlock the car. When I click lock, it locks then unlocks the car. When I click unlock, it locks the car. Probably the software needs a little more tweaking on that part. Overall, smooth drive.

The car was new and nice to drive to JB and the interior was clean overall very good experience but the only problem again was the lock and unlock using the apps it need to press a few times and wait for a few minutes sometime to lock or unlock the car and got some time I need to contact customer service to help lock the car besides that everything was good.
