• Nice car, cleaned totally awesome ride. only problem is auto lock 🔒 not working need to use manual car key. After drop of we need to keep the key inside so car owner please repair as soon as possible.

• Interior not clean up upon collection of car. Owner make an effort to put a key inside the car for lock up as the remote locking is not stable. Overall a good car and good communication between owner.

• Joia is friendly and responsive to messages. The car needs maintenance: warning lights keep on blinking. I could not connect the BT to my phone., otherwise the car drives very well and is comfortable for cruising. Recommended.

• If you are looking for a long drive with good car conditions, you are on right page to choose this car type. well maintained, no issues at all. Only LOCKING & UNLOCKING the car through DriveLah app had always the glitch. so i had to worry about leaving the car unattended for long hours, when you are especially out of Singapore. Even though Technical support can tell you that the car is locked, i can still open the door without any warning sign or beep. For my 2 days bookings, i had to park the car in a place where i had security to take care of it. OVERALL EXPERIENCE with Host and Driving experience with this Car, its gonna be 5/5. DriveLah app must fix this error as soon as possible. I am definitely gonna book this car again. Thanks Joia for your kind booking assistance.

• My first time rental car from Drive Lah, the host was nice and reply messages fast, since first time during pick up it take me 10min to start my trip due to uploading photos, the car drove smooth without any problem from SG to JB and JB back to SG but the main problem will be car can't lock using the app it took about 1 hour still can't fit finally they pass me the key to solve the problem so my advice is possible don't rent car if lock/unlock using app, app is useless waste my time for my trip.

• Then car is great to drive and the condition was good. The fuel tank was only barely full and after less than 50 km I got the low fuel warning. The other issue was with the car locking system through the DriveLah app, I was unble to lock the car and the DriveLah team was not successful in resolving the issue. This was quite restrictive as I could not leave the car unattended for long periods and also in where I could go.
