• Nathalie is a patient, friendly and fuss-free host. Easy to communicate. There was a slight issue upon pick-up, as the check engine light was on but managed to get it resolved with assurance that the car was still good to drive. Car condition is clean and drive was smooth. Take note, IU is using the chip cashcard.

• A well maintained and reliable car. Engine still run like charm and we had great trip. Leisure cruise around 2000 RPM at Malaysian speed limits. Very few crossroads out there so preserve it for more years. Nathalie is easy to communicate and thanks for the well maintained car.

• Nice owner to deal with. Though car is old but drive is good and comfy. Car was not clean from inside at all when we picked so hence 3 stars, rest good experience. If you don’t need car seat, let owner know before hand as car seat is fitted already and not easy to take out.

• The host was friendly and easy to deal with. Though the audio player isn't working, nevertheless, I had a good ride with a spacious seat! The host may want to improve in cleanliness by dusting the mat and also check if the following user needs the baby car seat before handling the car key to the following user ya. As the host’s brother was having some difficulty in removing the baby seat and was time-consuming 😊 thank you host!

• 1st time rent from Nathalie. A very friendly owner. The car is in good condition only slightly dirty on the floor mat. Please note that the IU is the old type so it will only read cashcard. Very kind of Nathalie offered me her card but I have one. Overall experience renting from Nathalie was good. Will rent from her again.
