Easy hand over and drop off. Car interior was clean, but suspension and engine definitely need tuning/servicing. Wouldn't mind renting again.

Rental ad was misleading with “Drive to KL” however mileage included was only 100km/day which barely gets you to nearby malaysia. While other renters offer unlimited mileage or 200-250km/day. Ended up paying a lot more extra for mileage. Be aware of this. Other than that car drives well and is properly maintained.

Absolutely terrible, the worst experience ever. The car’s battery is already not working well and the car could not start. Tried to contact the host but the host was super unresponsive. DriveLah’s service was ridiculous as well, both parties pushing to each other, not solving the issue at all. Ended up I have to pay out of my pocket for the road assistance. Till date, the host has yet to respond to me. It’s ridiculous that a car with faulty battery could be rented out, endangering people’s life
