Poor host. He did not bother to respond to my message. Also, he took 28 hrs to confirm drop off. I now shared my experience when I went to pick up the car. It took me 10 minutes before I discovered where the car key was kept and the cash card reader was placed. No instructions were given to me where these were placed. It's like "find me" if you can, or you can go on a " treasure hunt." Drivelah support team tried calling him but to no avail. Now for the car condition. The seats were clean, but the floor was extremely dirty. The left hand rear car door rubber gasket is in bad condition, gets dislodged easily, and hampers proper closing. Seems to me that the host is not bothered by the conditions of his car or takes pride in renting his car. I would definitely discourage anyone from picking this car. Finally, kudos to DRIVELAH support team for their prompt responses.

Appreciated the host's communication and flexibility, which made the pick-up and drop-off process seamless. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and drove well. The app fail to unlock or lock the car. Had to wait 45mins for the support team to resolve the issue. The rubber seal around the rear passenger door had come loose.
