• Lionel is an excellent host and the vehicle is top notch. Very smooth and easy to drive and host is very accommodating. Instructions were very clear and detailed while easy to follow. I rent the vehicle for a day trip to Malaysia and everything went smoothly. Reliable and assuring, will definitely recommend to rent from Lionel again.

• Car was kept nice and clean even had a disposable steering cover. Worked well and the aircon was in good condition as well. Came with both usb c and lighting cables to charge mobile phones and even had a phone holder. Overall, renter had packed in a great deal, very practical and thoughtful.

• Car is at its best condition it can be. Very clean and performance is as expected of a Hyundai. Host is very courteous and is very prompt in giving step by step instructions, which was very helpful. Do note that host is very particular about cleanliness (as everybody should!) so be sure to double check! Overall, a nice and fruitful experience so far.
