• Chephren is a great host: very responsive, accommodating and thoughtful. He was accommodating with pick-up and return timings, left hand sanitiser, umbrellas, a cash card and a Touch N Go card for us to use in the car, and gave us the contact details of his mechanic in JB for any Malaysia difficulty. He also has a nice entertainment system for children. The car itself could be in better shape: the gear change needs to be fiddled with every time the car is turned on for it to function during the journey without jerking. We had an orange engine light flash at one point (though it went off after we restarted the car, as Chephren advised us to do). Chephren also said that the car was not suitable for a large group of adults - so it’s worth asking him before renting whether the car is suitable. Overall, it worked well for the price.

• The host was very accommodating and understanding. I had car Breakdown issues in JB and he was very efficient and had a workshop near to repair it within 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience with the host. But the Car might not be suitable for far distance travel as it has issues here and there, besides that all seems good! Thank you once again! :)

• Definitely beyond 5* service. As right now is monsoon season. The host provided us with umbrellas and was very accommodating to the timing of booking.
