Pickup and dropoff was super smooth (helper gave me the keys and later collected, that was it). car was in decent condition (no lalamove sticker on the car as some earlier reviews mentioned, had a drivelah sticker though as seen in the photo). Communication was clear. will rent again

• not a very pleasant experience. 1, very old car with 250k km mileage. 2. steering wheel leather start to peel off. 3, faulty petrol indicator, the petrol light wasn’t on before I pump petrol, after I pump in petrol, drived for 5 km, the petrol light was on !!!! super scary. so need to pump another $20. 4, the petrol level was almost left with like 10% when i pick up the car, so have to run to petrol station immediately. even though I stay just opposite of this car owner, will never rent again from him. what a nice weekend that I had.

• Don is quite helpful and it was easy picking up and dropping off the car. Reason for the rating : Car has big LALAMOVE stickers on the sides ( so may not work for all occasions). Also the fuel was almost empty upon taking over the car , would have been helpful to have at least 1/4th a tank for peace of mind.

• Don was very pleasant and patient. The car is very clean and I was surprised to find a trolley with the childseat in the boot. We had our own trolley but I think that would have been very helpful for anyone who needs to run "heavy" errands. The fuel consumption was very economical.

• A very smooth process and experience with Don! It is my first time using Drive Lah but Don has made it easy for me. His car is even equipped with a lot of useful amenities such as charging wire for HP, HP holder for navigation. There is even a trolley and an ikea big bag for use. Highly recommended!
