• Allan has been a great host and ride is well maintained. However, issues with the digital fuel indicator which resulted in some unpleasantries Drove 40km as usual (not my first trip) however, I have to fill 12L (3 attempts, 12km/L) because his indicator did not reflect the change after my first 2 trips to kiosk. Fuel terms were only communicated mid-trip, ($25/missing bar etc) and he wouldn't bulge as he only looks at fuel indicator (which is fair). Otherwise, carpet cleanliness to be desired.

• Pleasure to rent from Allan! Extremely fuss-free process - booked very last minute, thank goodness for instant booking! Pick up and drop-off was fuss-free, and Allan was easy going and accommodating. Car was clean and rides well (though not powerful - no speeding!). Extremely good fuel efficiency as is expected from Honda Jazz. Allan has very fair rules that will benefit every future rider - Pump 95 or 98, send a photo of receipt and full tank. Highly recommended, would rent again!

• Collection and drop-off was at a convenient location - sheltered walk from the MRT exit. Allan's car was easy to drive and had no issues with the car. • Car drives great, is quiet, and fuel efficient. Allan is a great host who is very understanding, patient and pleasant. It was my first time using Drivelah but it was easy to get the hang of it. For those reading this, do remember to retain your receipt after you top up the petrol so that Allan knows that you’ve topped up the car with 95 petrol. A small step that goes a long way to preserving and taking good care of the car for other users!
