• Easy pick up as instructed; however during our trip there's an issue with the aircon more to blower, 1st day its quite heaty for us but we have inform the host and we spare our lil bit of time to check & top up Gas , and host paid us back which is great & he attend to us about our feedback. • Samson’s a great host! The BMW was a great car to drive around the city. Punchy little hatchback. Car was really well maintained and clean. Definitely worth the price and Samson made things really easy for pickup and return.

• Smooth hassle free handover with host. Great drive experience with this modern diesel car as expected ! Similar engine as 216d so perceptibly better performance to weight ratio in view of the smaller lighter body of 116d & the dynamically superior classic front longitudinal engine to rear wheel drive layout makes this car more drivable over the FWD cars. High torque low engine speed characteristic of diesel engines results in NVH levels similar to EV while in motion which I find impressive as this is a full diesel car ! Only idle is noisier but still bearable so overall can still be considered as a 'quiet' car ! Great fuel range & efficiency better than petrol.

• Overall 5-star rating for host & car only. But only 2-star to the DL platform due to their app unable to accept my uploaded photos for dropoff ! Normally works but due to successful trip extension their app seems unable to handle that ?!👎 Car well tuned engine, refinement superior to 4-cylinder engines despite only 3-cylinders here ! Overall quiet car in motion due to high torque low engine rpm of diesel engines so NVH while moving similar to EV if not slightly higher but still lower to petrol cars !

• All was good except time wasted to get the car. Car was parked at level 3 but was told at level 2. Response from the host: The guest tried to book offline, which I did not allow. This may have caused the guest to become upset. It is crucial that all bookings are made exclusively through Drive lah to avoid any issues with unruly guests.

• Pros + handsome car + drives very nicely, fast acceleration + reversing camera + hassle free travel to Malaysia cons - rear right seatbelt clip missing, had to use left and centre seats - aircon died and needed servicing during the hire period (costs covered by Samson) - ~20 min delay picking up the car - no android auto/apple carplay - no cruise control, only speed limiter
