• Great host. Spent time explaining the car's features & function during key handover. Also prepared few bottles of mineral water in the car for me to use while driving in to KL. In the end I didn't manage to drive to KL and used the car in SG instead. He offered to drop me off near where I stay when returning the car to him as he was going out. But even so, Hao and his parents were very understanding and helpful in aiding in resolving the issue through Drivelah insurance.
