• I use car sharing frequently and I must say this is the best well-maintained car in my experience. Also, host was friendly and I felt like he was invested in me, giving early notice about pick up procedures and exact lot of the car. It felt like borrowing a friend's car, which made you want to be extra careful driving it. Sure hope he feels the same way about me. Cos I do want to book again someday.

• Not helpful. Had driven Hyundai i45, M.B. BMW but not familiar with this 2020 Hybrid Honda Vezel. I was told by car owner to google to find out about the workings of the car. I found out after awhile that the driver's door needed to be shut before the car could be powered on; also had to google to find out how to release the hand brake mechanism. This was after encountering DriveLah App not working that mrg for me. OMG!

• Pick up timing was delayed slightly more than 1 hr which resulted in me missing out on reunion dinner and unnecessary transport costs incurred as my family had to take Grab for reunion dinner appt without me. Drivelah needs to look into this so as to protect guests in future.

• Mrinal was very understanding and made us feel comfortable as first time DriveLah users. On the app- there were some app related hiccups while collecting and dropping the car but other than that, it was a good experience. DriveLah customer service on chat is very responsive and that is a great relief as one can be quite anxious while going through the process.
