I got the location of pickup just 1 hour before the scheduled time. This should be made 2 Hrs before the pickup time. Also Pickup location was not specified as level 4 in the multiparking lot. I had to contact Drivela after reaching the location and wait for them to get a response from Sandra. The car was dirty from outside as well as inside. Although its a Van that is used for shifting stuff, i would have liked it to be basic cleaned. Great value for money and good vehicle for moving stuff.

Interior needs attention. Drivelah app don't work well for showing full pick up address. This is one example. So I returned to level 2B, lot 25. I can't remember exact lot I picked up this morning. New updated app also DOES NOT WORK with my Oppo AX7 camera.

The vehicle is good, this trip would be my fifth time renting it but every single time I had the same issue during pick up. The problem was trying to take a selfie with me, the vehicle and holding an ID together in one photo. The dropping off is always great..... I have no problem with that.

Everything was great except that communication could be better from both Sandra and Drive Lah – I had no instructions on where the van was parked (no carpark deck and lot number was shared so I had to go through every level at the carpark) and the passenger side rear wheel had safety issues (had to stop at the highway twice to check and realised it was due to heavy wear and tear that caused a strip of the tyre to come off, could also explode upon impact). Other that that, the cleanliness of the van and was fantastic. Would definitely book Sandra’s van again!

Let's just say I almost wanted to cancel the whole trip and my Drivelah membership during the pick up of the vehicle.... that's how frustrated I was. I was instructed to find the vehicle at lot 120 but it was not there and I had to search the whole multi-storey carpark. Secondly, it was very tough trying to take a selfie with me, my ID and the vehicle in it. Thirdly, contact number given was not correct. Wasted almost an hour before I finally got into the vehicle. The dropping off part was good.

All Ok before the rental while communicating with the owner. On the day of the rental, not so good: getting the key and Drive Lah unlocked the van was smooth, then I see the vehicle very untidy, and fuel gauge on,… empty tank ! Had the beeping sound all the way to petrol station nearby my home. once I put 10 litres in, the oil warning light was on, permanently… this vehicle is a commercial vehicle used by a restaurant on weekdays, but poorly maintained, despite only 80,000 kms. Then day 2, flat tyre. I had to rent another vehicle at my own expenses. I Had a second rental with same vehicle for the week later, which I cancelled.
