Very very smooth ride .. no issues with the season park in / out .. enjoyed my day running errands .. juz that car need to go servicing n the left side suspension need to be changed .. for petrol wise super saver .. car is clean n tidy .. hat of to the host who is giving us such a service with unlimited mileage .. so in all everything went smooth n I will definitely rent again

Car in need of servicing. External looks good. Interior is still ok. But car? Not an expert but sound like drive shaft need to be changed. Drive safe potential renters. Accident waiting to happen if not rectified.

Hassle free pick-up and return. The season parking has been fixed, so no parking fees occurred to me upon pick-up. However, as mentioned by other users, car parts need fixing, especially the left side of the car. The Maintenence light on the dashboard also has shown up. Overall, im not fussy. My trip with Kenneth's car turned out fine. All worked well for me to run errands. Thank you for hosting!

Second time renting from Kenneth in Feb 2025. I booked for SMT2770M at MCP blk 644A Woodlands, but on day of collecting, was given direction to collect SMN 7421U at another MCP nearby. My first time renting from Kenneth was SMN 7421U in Jan 2025. This car has serious issue with the front left suspension. No way it will pass the Road Worthiness Test. I would like to try Kenneth's 9 other cars but definitely not SMN7421U. Please do repair and maintenance.

A list of problems with host. There was a time car is missing, then car cannot unlock (waited 60 mins for them to sent team over to unlock), then there’s the carpark fee issue (paid $68, waited 2 months for refund). Today was the last straw. Car is not here, yet accepted the booking. Wasted 40 mins of my time. Rent at your own risk fellas.

1 star should be given. Have to pay gantry again when exiting the carpark. And this is the 3rd time happen. Have not refunded me yet for the last 2 months. customer service ignore my emails when asked about refunds and gave empty promises.

Car was good but should be clear that u are required to pay for the parking charges first when u pick up the car which can be a lot if the previous person booked some time back. Just prepare some money in your cashcard, if not u have to top up or u cant get out of the carpark.

Waste 15 min due to Software glitch, owners didnt pay carpark, waste 1 hour to go back MRT to topup cash card and get back to the carpark. GOOD LUCK to the next driver.

Exterior of car is great, interior is acceptable. No issue with the car, it was a good drive BUT the big issue is with Drivelah app. I was in JB and I couldn't unlock the car. Wasted 2 hours waiting for the locksmith to arrive. Lost my deposit for my tour as my document and essential item are inside the car. I recommend the owner to specify where exactly to put/take the key in the car in case the app doesn't work. I also recommend people to rent a car with physical key. It's really unpleasant experience with Drivelah. Plus I saw online their compensation isn't even great. Nevertheless, thank you Ahmed for trusting me with your car.
