• Booking is a breeze. keyless opening of door via app which is easy to use. Vehicle is overall well maintained despite high mileage. Car suspension can be better tuned but great host n easy to book

• It was a very disappointing experience. I rented the car was to fetch the overseas friends for my son's wedding celebration, and due to the malfunction of the car lock, we were unable to unlock the car. We have to scramble to borrow other cars and the guests have to take cab and grab. We have wasted more time and money. Our plans were screwed up for such an important event. Its frustrating when the app could not unlock the car and we had to wait 2 hours for the car to be unlocked. Drivelah intend to refund $10 in CREDIT form for this inconvenience caused. Its ridiculous and they are not helpful when it happened. Why give me a $10 credit in drivelah account when I'll never use it ever again? Response from the host: Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the app malfunction and Drive lah service. I appreciate your feedback, however, it would have been better to leave your review on the designated platform for Drive lah. This will ensure that your valuable input reaches the right audience.

• Thank you Ashley for sharing your car with the community. She was quick to reply to my message (almost instantaneous). Am glad to rent the Vezel from her. Pick up location is near to me (1km away from my place). The car exterior is clean like a new car. The seats are clean & air-con is running well, steering wheel is smooth & car is stable to drive. It took me awhile to figure out how to lock & unlock the car using the app, Ashley helped me. Would recommend guest to rent from Ashely.

• The Application has problem to upload photos. Even after the host had agreed to complete my trip, the staff keep asking me to upload photos in order to complete the trip which I tried but yet unable to do so. And this is my second time facing the same problem. Really disappointed with this Application.

• Absolutely smooth pickup and drop-off process. Ashley is prompt in her responses. I unfortunately got a bit late in the drop-off but she was ok with that, which is appreciable. The car is well maintained. The phone holder cum wireless charger was a big help. Only think I missed was a bluetooth audio connectivity so I could have enjoyed my music instead of radio ;-) but thats not at all an issue. I would rent again and recommend to others as well.
