Host is very fussy! Full of problems! Agree to start early but say no to customer service! Need to pay $20plus for 2 hours! Car below was dirty with abit of mud! Asked to pay $60! Car is not in good condition! Turning got issues with steering! Horrible host! Last time gonna use this app! Waste of time Response from Drive lah: Thank you for sharing your perspective with us. Our Resolution team has carefully reviewed the case and our final decision is based on our standard protocols. The car was returned in an unclean condition and any extra hours beyond the designated pick-up/drop-off time were correctly charged. Your comprehension in this matter is greatly appreciated. Host has already repaired the steering wheel and the proof of repair was already sent to Drive lah.

An obvious horizontal cracked line (1/3 length of windscreen) was spotted on the windscreen during pickup. Host is unforthcoming on the damage during initial rental request. Despite my highlighted concern and Host's acknowledgement on the existing damage during the pickup, Host did not bother to reaffirm the rental request and proceeded rental confirmation at her side quickly. Such damage prone to affect driver's visibility and might caused further damages if pebbles hit onto windscreen. Appropriate feedback made to Drive Lah for necessary assessment. Response from Drive lah: The windscreen was already fixed by the host and proof of repair was already sent to Drive lah.
