First time taking a car from this Host and I would say that the experience was great this far. Except that the Car had some issues with the Spark Plugs and Coil pack which caused it to jerk extensively when engine is running. Managed to get this sorted out with the appointed Workshop. Its a pity that this Car will be dued for scrap next month.

The host is responsive, friendly and helpful. The rental process in smooth and the car is smooth to drive. However, the car interior has very strong stench of fishy smell, that cannot be removed even after applying a car deodorant patch and disinfectant spray. Also, the IU unit is not working.

It was my first time trying out DriveLah and it was a trip to JB. I was quite anxious cause I'm not sure what's the condition of the car will be but damn, it was great. From picking up the car, the drive from SG to JB & back, eventhough we were stuck in massive jam, the car prevails. Due to the unforeseen jam, I was late to return it but the host was super understanding. Will definitely rent again next time if my van is down, as I need daily transport for my work, or Malaysia trip. Kudos Bro..!!
