Dorcas seemed pleasant but she didnt respond to messages when we tried to collect the car and ended up going to her flat to try and get keys. On the last day, it was the same! She didnt reply to text messages through the app nor answered calls and we didnt know where to leave the key safely. It was very stressful for me as I was rushing to catch a flight. The car wasnt very clean either.
