• I had an excellent experience renting a car today. The host was exceptionally well-prepared, having the car ready the night before and keeping me updated throughout the process. During pick-up, the host took the time to patiently explain all the car's functions and what I needed to be aware of. Punctuality was also a strong point, as the host was on time for both the pick-up and return of the car. I highly recommend this host for their outstanding service and attention to detail.

• Good and friendly host. Car able to go malaysia. To note that when experiencing prolonged jams, the A/C or engine for the car is recommended to be turned off as advised by host to prevent radiator overheating. Understandable, for a slightly aged car. Otherwise, I enjoyed my trip and everything was smooth. Thank you, Mr Chan.

• Mr Chan had saved my day as my previous host had a car breakdown just hours before pick-up. Chan had also accepted my hire request 1hr prior to pick-up in the early hours. With his quick response, I was able to complete my trips in Johore in a day. Thank you for being such a great host!
