The car was in a very good condition and clean. It was a hassle free pick up and drop off, although I had to call the helpdesk to assist in activating my pick up and unlock the car. But for that the rest of my experience was as awesome. I would definitely love to do another booking of this car soon.

My 1st time using Drive lah and Clarrisa was very nice and patient to guide me into renting, request pick up through drop off for my 3D2N rental. She even pm me the following day to check if everything is alright. Will definitely rent from her if I'm driving to Malaysia with my wheelchair bound aunty. The car boot is very spacious , we're able to buy a few more bags of stuff and still able to put in the big bulky wheelchair with 4 backpacks.

I booked the car at 7.30am for collection at 9am on the same day. Host was very responsive and nice. Instructions for pick up was detailed and when we forgot to bring our touch and go they offered their card for us to use first. The car was in immaculate condition with full tank as well upon collection. We had a good drive and very good experience with our 2nd drive lah booking.
