The car was generally in good condition except the back seats were a little dusty. The first time procedures & pick up of the car & getting to grips with it took 30+ mins of the paid-for time - simplifying all the picture taking and allowing for this time and for familiarising with the operations of the car would be a fair policy. The response & customer service was quite prompt, which is impt for first-time users as I contacted them no less than 3 times to clarify and to resolve issues.
