    Overall similar experience as the previous time i drove this car i.e. 'Smart key not found' warning alarm still sounds now & then..irritating ! Also, the HVAC control panel LED's still not fully lit as should be..suspect some loose connection behind which service mechanic should be able to resolve ? Inconvenient as such because @ nite then difficult to see which button for which function ?! Lastly, worth mentioning that it's now way past 48 hours yet still NO refund for recharging costs done ?!

    This EV car is very nice n comfortable however today i hav bad experience on this trip this car. I was stuck since 5pm till 8pm due to charging issue and unable to charge. Battery left 20% and i stil hv 5 hrs to go before trip end. Plan was ruined and kids feeling upset.

    Drivelah provided a high level of support, but some things simply cannot be handled by an offshore team who has never driven in Singapore. Charging is a real pain, DC charging DOES NOT WORK (I went to 4 different places to try, all failed), I took 4.5 hours to put in 175km of range via a 43kW charger. This MG EV will start charging only when doors are locked, so the car manual is a must-read. Users must plan travel itinerary to the availability of working chargers, via

    Car not parked @ specified lot ! Changes should be updated with next user ! Undue delay caused. As for car itself, this car CANNOT CHARGE using DC as 'isolation fault' error always shown ! Tried with 3 places same result ! Other cars using the same charge post no issue. Wasted too much time getting charged with (only) very slow AC as such, resulting in inconvenient unplanned changes to my travel plans for this car ! Otherwise car is pleasant to drive with good pickup speed low NVH as expected.
