Had a good laugh too over the overlooked bookings 😂 Car handles well and even though it has been 3 mths, it is still all too familiar. I felt very comfortable and confident to handle. • My 2nd time renting from Judy. :) She was as kind and accommodating to allow earlier pickup as I have reached the venue earlier than targeted. Communication with Judy was also swift and easy. As I had rented 2 weeks ago, this time it was seamless, I knew what I had to do for the pre-checks, and drive lah support was also great in responding promptly to my queries. Judy also entrusted me to keep her car clean and in a good state for the next renter, as she was not available to inspect. Thank you Judy! :)

• It's my first time trying out Drivelah and I really fancy this business model and concept, renting out your neighbours car. This saves the hassle of visiting an actual rental coy but provides so much flexibility in your rental day/time and moreover you're able to select the distance of the pickup to your home. Judy's location happens to be a convenient proximity to my residence. It may seem overwhelming at first as a first timer, many things to read and take note, but drivelah support was there when you need and especially my host, Judy was excellent in providing detailed information and pictures on the procedures, apps, pick up and drop off. She answered my queries promptly and quickly, helped me to onboard the SLICK app and was flexible in allowing me to have my pickup an hour earlier from my booking, as it was late in the night. This concept of communicating directly with your host also provides an added level of trust between both parties, responsibility, assurance and a peace of mind. :) Overall Judy's car handling was great and in good condition. My partner and I were safe and dry when we were caught off guard in a severe thunderstorm yesterday. Hopefully this would be our first of many to come. Thank you Judy for helping us make this memorable journey happen! Cheers! 😊
