• Host is helpful , pick up time I try twice time to unlock the car can’t get it . Host come try another time also cannot , after that host use back up key to unlock the car. Thank host coming during the pick up time can’t unlock the car. Car is clean , although the car is old but the owner take care well.

• Host every prompt and responsive. Accommodating as well. There was some hiccups during the pickup due to the backend issue of Drivela. Host was prompt to contact the supoort team to assist. Car was decent, still in good condition. Aircon was cold enough though it has a little musly smell. Just had to air it for a bit. Spacious and comfortable seats with ample storage in the car boot. Will definitely book again in the future.
