• Zainuddin is a great and friendly guy who keeps his car in top condition and extremely clean. Every step was seamless - from enquiry to the actual booking and return of the car! He went the extra mile to amend available dates and even let me pick the car up early. Pick up: He was punctual and pointed out the few flaws that his car has and patiently went through Bluetooth setup and seat adjustment. Vehicle: Not much needs to be said about the BMW as information can be googled - the brakes don't kick in late and acceleration is smooth. Overtaking on the expressway is not a problem at all. Drop off: Had an embarrassing moment with "weak AC" but it was just the heat turned all the way up! We had a laugh at that. In all, I would definitely rent from him again, and would recommend people reading this to just go for it! Do the booking with him!
