• Jun hao is really really nice, he take his time to run through his car features with me. It's my first time using the app and he took his time to explain to me what to take note and thinga to do. His reply was quick and I requested for a early drop off and he was nice enough to to allow it too. Really great first time experience!

• It was a fantastic experience to rent Cai's car. He was patient enough to explain all details to me although I need to collect the car early in the morning. Also, driving the car was an ease and in superb condition. During the returning of the car, as the drop-off location was changed as no waiting was allowed, he still took the effort to make way to the new location to collect the car. Kudos to Cai. Will definitely rent his car again in time to come.

• Junhao is a friendly and accommodating host. Took the time to go through the exterior and explained the controls. Only during collection, was informed that the IU and reverse camera were faulty. Else, the car is clean and the drive was good. Could be a seamless experience if not for the faulty IU, which caused inconvenience as I had to manually insert the cashcard going in and out from gantries.
