Liked the car, clean and nice to drive. But the car is managed by Drive lah, fuel was empty, season parking was renewed for the car, so I have to pay $34.xx to get the car outside parking gantry. Not sure how to claim back.

Can't even exit the carpark. During fee was $32. Even after I top up my cashcard to $70, still can't exit. Respond to helpdesk was very slow. Decided to give up 45mins later after still stuck at carpark as I have to attend a meeting. Worst day ever..

Car was excellent to drive. Just a few things to note. 1. Left headlight is out. 2. The car is way overdue for a service. Drivelah please do something abt it as they might be potential safety issues for other hirers. Will rent again once after issues are hopefully fixed.

Great host. Something went wrong with the app. Already started the trip as normal but when ending the trip, the app goes back to pick up request page. Can’t seem to move forward on that, had to just follow what the app ask. If not wrong, the actual odometer was 88205 when I started the trip. Other than that there’s simply nothing to complain about. Great car. Only issue was the car tyres were slightly deflated and i had to pump. Oodometer reading at the beginning was wrong and drivelah had to be consulted.

Car is in superb condition. It was a last min booking on the same day itself and the rental did not disappoint me. Enjoyed driving the car a lot. Also did a bit of cleaning up treating it like its my own vehicle. The car was easily accessible for me as it is just in my neighbourhood. Would recommend and would rent again if I ever need to.
