• Unfortunately I don’t have very great things to say abt this car. The pick-up process was very painstaking. I contacted Mr Moorthy a few hours prior to pick up asking for details on pick up. However none were provided as he did not reply. Pick up location was put as a block with no carpark. There 2 multi storey carpark beside that block and had to search for the car at both place. No lot number nor level was provided. We had to search one by one the lots ourselves to find the car. Car location should be put as the MSCP which has its own block number. Upon reaching vehicle we submitted pick up request but to no avail. I had to contact customer service to remotely unlock the car. Upon entry we couldn’t find keys to the car at all. After 10 mins of trying to find we eventually found the key outside the vehicle (instructions were not provided and multiple calls to Mr Moorthy were not picked up). We found 6 cockroaches all around the car, including adult ones. The car is in deep need of a fumigation. Key remote of the car is low in battery. One time the car alarm system went off because of a disconnect between the car remote and the car itself. It took us 10 minutes to troubleshoot to shut the alarm up. Dropping off as well, no specific instructions were provided as to where to drop the car off. We just parked back at the same MSCP. However initially the pick up request was not accepted by him (from 2 nights when we picked the car up) and as such we were unable to submit drop off request. Eventually it was made available to us. All in all, the car brought us from place to place, air con good, and the fuel was full. But certainly, the trip would have been made much better with clearer communication with the owner and also a less worrisome trip if the car were to be clear of cockroaches.

• Moorthy is a nice host. He will call you to explain the condition of the car. Have a cash card in the car in case you don't have a cash card. The car is well kept and clean. Advice: Need to call or message him on the location of the car as the location of the car on the apps is not at the correct location.

• The car was great for a fairly seasoned one. Traveling on the rugged roads of Malaysia proved to be of small hindrance to the structure of the car. Would recommend.

• Car is very clean and has many gadgets for guests who rents the car, eg phone holder, mini dustbin, phone charger, etc. Except for car condition being slightly old, there is nothing much to complain about. Host is super friendly and helpful towards first timer, to guide on how to use car and is flexible for discussion on usage of car.

• The host was nice throughout the booking experience, however the car was in a bad condition. When accelerating the car will vibrate continuously and there is so many weird noises. Car suspension was also in an undesirable condition with the shock not working. Passengers and drivers can feel everything on the road. Overall, i wouldnt recommend this car for a long drive as it is uncomfortable and not pleasant to drive. This is my first time booking drive lah and was shock by the car condition.
